FIRE Shoulder Race

While the FIRE Pig Performance Testing Feeder can be used as a stand-alone ad-lib feeder, adding optional protective races reduces the chance that dominate animals may produce atypical testing results. Protective races for the FIRE Feeder help simulate commercial multi-opening feeders more accurately.

The Shoulder Race permits moderate competition by shielding an animal’s upper body. Simple drop pins allow for adjusting the race width to match the size of animals using the feeder.
