All orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time. No weekend or holiday order processing or order shipping is available.
Common Carriers:
Osborne uses a variety of shipping methods including common carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We strive to ensure the shipping quotes provided on our website from these carriers are as accurate as possible. However, in some cases, these charges are calculated incorrectly based on the product or quantity of products ordered. In these cases, we will contact you with an accurate shipping quote before we ship your order and/or refund your original purchase method with overages.
Expedited Shipping
When choosing any expedited shipping service – Next Day, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, etc. – please keep in mind only business days are counted. For example, if you place an order on Thursday afternoon and choose 2nd Day Air, we will likely ship the order on Friday and it will be delivered on Tuesday. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas. If you would like Saturday delivery, please leave us a note with your order and we will contact you concerning availability in your area and the possible added costs.
We cannot guarantee any expedited shipping service.
Please also note that common carriers visit our facility to pickup orders once a day, Monday through Friday. Some orders do not ship the same day the order is placed, even if an expedited shipping service is selected, due to the time involved in gathering and packing your order, and the time-of-day orders are picked up at our warehouse. Out of Stock and Backordered Items:
Unless noted on the order, if there are any backorders or out of stock items, your order will ship when everything is in stock. We can ship the backorder separately, but this will require two separate shipping charges. If you select an expedited shipping service like 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select and have a backorder, your order will ship by that method when all items are in stock unless noted on the order.
Less than Truckload (LTL) Shipping:
For large and/or heavy items, orders ship via LTL (less than truckload) motor freight. In these cases, you can complete your order on our site with the freight amount TBD (to be determined). Once your order is ready to ship, a representative with Osborne Customer Service will contact you with the shipping amount for payment. You may also contact us or call us to place an order for large and/or heavy items and only one transaction will be made for the order plus freight once the freight is determined.
International Shipping:
Website orders can only be made for items shipping to the U.S.A. and its territories. For international orders, contact us for current item pricing and methods of shipping. International customers are responsible for customs, duties, brokerage fees, and taxes. These fees are not included in quotes provided by Osborne unless noted otherwise.
